Today I received a response to my complaint raised in January 2024 about the failure of Openreach to complete our FTTP project. You can read the full letter HERE
They now say “Openreach have advised that a further 42 premises will be connected through this project over the next few weeks.
Following this, a further intervention is required which is noticed for 14 June. However, this is currently being escalated to attempt to bring this date forward. Overall, Openreach has suggested that build for your project should complete by July.
