ABBOTTS ANN VERY OWN GARDEN COMPETITION
Sunday 2nd June. Beautiful sunny day. With 2 bank holidays behind us and the weather improving what can be more enjoyable than either enjoying or working in your garden. Abbotts Ann has many wonderful gardens all of which deserve a prize.
So why not enter your lovely garden?
ENTRY IS FREE. There are four categories, large garden ( more than 1/2 acre), smaller garden, vegetables and hanging baskets & containers. You can enter as many categories as you like. Each category winner will receive a garden voucher. The overall winner will receive the cup.
Judging will be done by Clare McMullan, horticultural manager at Hilliers at Roseborne. The date is probably Thursday 4th July. Judging criteria will be sent to everyone who enters or expresses an interest.You do NOT have to be present provided there is access to your garden. Each garden will receive individual feedback.
